Role responsibilities
* Managing corporate tax compliance for a varied portfolio of clients across different industries
* Providing advisory support on matters such as R&D claims, capital allowances, group structuring and corporate transactions
* Reviewing corporation tax computations prepared by junior staff and providing technical guidance
* Liaising with HMRC and clients to resolve queries and support planning work
* Contributing to client meetings and delivering commercially focused tax advice
* Supporting business development activity and building strong internal and external relationships
* Mentoring and developing junior team members to strengthen the tax function

Candidate requirements
* CTA qualified with at least three years' post-qualification experience in corporate tax
* Strong knowledge of UK corporate tax compliance and advisory principles
* Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality technical work
* Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
* Experience reviewing and mentoring junior staff
* A proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to the growth of the firm
