About the Role
This is a generalist ‘jack of all trades’ role (think turbo-charged AM), where successful candidates will be on an accelerated track to grow at Healf. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of brands and ensuring they are set up for success on Healf. As the single point of contact, you will have ownership for all of their key performance metrics on Healf. You will manage the relationship, strategize with the brand to drive growth & champion their interests internally to ensure we are always maximizing our value proposition.
This role is best suited to any candidates striving to embark upon a commercial career in the world of retail & e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Performance: You will need to set your brands & Healf up for success. This means working with the brands to align on a marketing/growth strategy, carrying the right assortment at the right price & structuring the relationship in a profitable, cashflow positive way.
2. Build Relationships: You will need to earn the trust of your brands & build meaningful relationships. Not one, not two but you could be handling upwards of 100 brands simultaneously. You will need to be a dynamic and articulate ‘people-person’ to flourish in this role.
3. Represent Brands: You will be responsible for championing brands’ interests internally. You will need to be confident navigating data, crafting business cases & persuading internal teams to maximize our value to brands.
4. Learn & Innovate: We are writing our own playbook & we need sharp, hungry individuals to help. As part of this role, you will be expected to develop a deep understanding of the retail landscape, our competitors’ movements and your brands’ performance levers off-Healf. You should be insatiably curious and always looking for an edge that could drive value for Healf.
The perfect candidate for this role is:
1. An indisputable ‘people-person’: high EQ, confident, charismatic & eloquent.
2. Business-minded: Every brand is different. You will need to use data & general business savvy to understand the intricacies of each brand, how Healf fits into their equation & how you can improve the situation.
3. Ambitious: Healf is a hard, fast environment. You will need to thrive under pressure & have a deep-rooted desire to perform and climb the ranks to flourish here.
4. Passionate about health & wellness: to be truly vested in our mission, you will need to have a ‘real’ angle.
You are not the perfect candidate for this role if:
1. You need structure: You will always be navigating an unstructured environment both internally & externally. The art is in drawing order from chaos & finding light in every situation you find yourself in.
2. You want balance: This is not a 9-5.
3. You are an introvert: Healf has a number of roles primed for introverts but unfortunately, this is not one of them.
4. You prefer strategizing & ideating to ‘doing’: You will be in the trenches, building from the ground up & taking something from 0-1.
What we need from you
* 0-3 years experience in autonomously handling clients/accounts. Preferably in retail/e-com. Open to speak with candidates without directly relevant experience if they have strong academic profiles & believe in their ability to execute on the above scope.
* High IQ/EQ
* Entrusting; a natural listener and relationship builder
* Willing to work long & hard in pursuit of aggressive targets. This is not a 9-5.
* Excited by the prospect of joining a close-knit team of highly motivated, smart & hard-working individuals
* Comfortable using data to derive insights & tell a compelling story (we use Excel/Shopify/ThoughtSpot)
* A true go-getter, hands-on, ‘can-do’ personality
