Your new opportunity
Due to a period of progression and expansion we are looking for a Team Leader to join our Homelife Girvan Service. Which is a service which provides a wide range and support for people with physcial and learning disabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth, effective running of thisservice and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all organisational administrative tasks as well as ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered.
The Team leader will be responsible for managing their own time and support hours, they will be supported by Project Managers. We require the successful candidate to hold a SVQ Social Care level 3 or Equivalent.

This is a full timepermanent working 39hours per week.
What you will need to bring to the role
Qualification to a minimum of SVQ Social Care level 3 or equivalent (e.g. nursing qualification)
Compassion and kindness to support people in their day to day lives.
Enthusiasm and self-motivation.
Ability to apply transferable life experience and skills to support and enable individuals.
Excellent problem solver who is driven by positive outcomes.
Resilient, reliable and an excellent listener.
Good IT & communication skills.
Due to the location of the services and shift patterns we recommend candidates have access to their own transport.
