Your responsibilities
* Conduct customer surveys via telephone, video call and field visits.
* Record all enquiries and quotations in our CRM system.
* Identify customer buying criteria and assess pricing responses.
* Prepare accurate costings and determine margins.
* Promote insurance sales and additional revenue opportunities.
* Prepare and submit quotations to customers.
* Follow up on all quotations and maintain records.
* Collaborate with our Operations team to plan moves.
What we're looking for
* Experience in sales, preferably within a service-based industry.
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
* Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
* Competence in PC-based systems and CRM tools.
* Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
* Understanding the customer needs and marketing competition.
* Strong networking abilities and commercial awareness.
