Regional sales and lettings manager

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Regional Sales and Lettings Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located working on our Glasgow branches. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 35 hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The salary is £50,000 plus discretionary bonus.

Job Purpose & Overview

* Key member of the senior management team.
* Provide excellent leadership to all staff across both Glasgow Branches.
* Deliver an integrated, consistent day-to-day service level across all areas of the branches, delivering exceptional customer service.
* Responsible for effective delivery of the branch front end property management, new business, and sales services.
* Setting and monitoring KPI's and branch performances.
* Reporting directly into MD Scotland
* Champion strong and effective relationships between branches, head office and other group businesses.
