What the job involves The role involves working alongside Wrexham Local Authority Children’s Social Care teams to provide various services. This includes court-ordered supervised contacts between children and parents, one-to-one work addressing needs identified in Care and Support Plans and Child Protection Plans, and supporting the transportation of children during foster care transitions. The role is structured to offer quality support to social workers and foster effective partnerships over a 6-month placement.
