This role involves assisting a 7.5T Driver with home deliveries of furniture and building materials to residential addresses. The role requires candidates who are punctual, professional, and physically fit for manual handling tasks.

Day to Day Duties
Your duties as a Driver’s Mate will include but are not limited to:
* Assisting the 7.5T Driver with loading and unloading deliveries
* Ensuring furniture and building materials are handled safely and securely
* Delivering products to customer homes and helping with placement if required
* Providing excellent customer service during deliveries
* Adhering to health & safety guidelines at all times
* Communicating effectively with drivers, customers, and the transport team
Essential Skills
To be successful as a Driver’s Mate, you will need:
* Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
* Excellent team-work and communication skills
* Good customer service skills
* Punctual and reliable
* Ability to follow instructions and health & safety procedures
Training
* Manual handling training will be provided.
