The main purpose of this role is to secure new business sales and lead account management activities in Home Office, focused on selling business and technology consulting, digital services, CRM, cloud, data and analytics, cyber, automation, testing and application management.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role
Reporting into Home Office Account Director, supporting the ongoing growth of the UK Home Office business.
* £9.5m new business sales target
* Building and maintaining active and effective customer relationships with Key Client Stakeholders (Commercial, IT and business)
* Providing account and client management for ongoing engagements supporting growth and client satisfaction
* Maintaining and developing the opportunity pipeline for new and existing accounts.
* Co-ordinating and leading on new bids and working with strategic partners (e.g. Microsoft, and AWS) as required.
Your skills and experience
* Proven Central Government and Public Security customer network
* Understanding of new world thinking: Digital Development and Agile, Cloud and SaaS, Data, Analytics and AI, Technology Consultancy
* Strong bid leadership skills and willingness to role sleeves up and write bid with solution teams
* Experience of sales / account management in UK Public Sector and related industries
* Proven client management and internal stakeholder management skills
Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
