Deliver engineering solutions that will maximise productivity, reliability, innovation and quality to the business. Due to the strict security requirements, candidates must be a UK National and will need to progress through security clearance. You’ll be responsible for: Obtain technical information and detailed knowledge from engineering stakeholders in order to accurately reflect requirements, design information, processes, procedures, maintenance & operations and other configuration data. Work with stakeholders to deliver the required output by managing the technical review process and achieving approval and authorisation by the relevant customer/stakeholder. Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality. Additional accountabilities for this job profile may be defined and appointed through the Chief Engineer Management Arrangements, with appointees contained within the Company Design Authorities and Technical Authorities listing, as held in the company management system. Assist in the delivery of Engineering solutions in relation to defined requirements, across the full engineering lifecycle, to a high standard. Support delivery of technical documentation in accordance with Company Processes, Standards, Licence Conditions, Legislation & Regulations. Support engineering across all Functions and Sub-Functions as required in support of AWE programmes. Support stakeholder management, engaging others to complete the tasks. Support scoping and planning activities as required. You’ll need to have: Demonstrable experience in Technical Authoring in a process and procedure context. Practical experience/understanding of programme and project controls in major infrastructure programme environment. Excellent written and spoken English. Clear, concise and organised writing style. Strong verbal communication skills. An organised, pro-active and methodical approach. Ability to work on own initiative. Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines.
