About the Position
The Residential Property Service Technician is responsible for delivering a high-quality responsive maintenance service to all residents, internal colleagues, and partners. This includes carrying out routine maintenance tasks, responding to resident requests, and working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a comprehensive service.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a contributory pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
