As senior administrator for the Traumatic Stress Clinic (TSC) you will support the management of the administrative function within the clinic in order to provide an efficient and effective service.
The TSC is a specialist outpatient service for the treatment of complex PTSD with expertise in working with traumatised refugees, survivors of childhood abuse, domestic abuse and torture survivors.
You will be joining a supportive and welcoming team of dynamic and passionate colleagues.
This is a permanent full time post. We are based at St Pancras Hospital, with good transport links.

Overseeing and managing all administrative functions for the Traumatic Stress Clinic including the processing of referrals and managing clinic's data base; supervision and line management of administrative staff; procurement and management of petty cash and general administrative functions
To be considered for this role you will be empathic, dynamic, positive, possess strong organisational, planning and management skills and have the ability to effectively support and maintain seamless daily operation of the Service. Implementation and maintenance of high quality administrative systems and procedures is essential to this role.
This role requires someone who is multi-skilled, with intermediate to advance Microsoft Office suite skill set (in particular Excel and Power Point). Previous NHS experience in a mental health or social care environment would be highly regarded but not essential.

In order to meet the needs of the Trust you may be required from time to time to work at different locations to your normal place of work. This may mean that you are required to work at any location that fall under Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey or Islington. • Swift and accurate administrative processing of referrals, co-ordination with triaging clinicians, and liaison with patients, referrers, services including GP, as well as the significant others of patients.
