Main duties of the job
Lead and organize the Clinical team within pre-op & outpatients clinical team.Lead smooth running of these clinical areas.Extensive knowledge required for dealing with audits and equipment.You will be required to do the Rota.You will be required to work collaboratively and flexibly across different clinical areas to accommodate the service demands of each department.The role will include assisting in several clinical departments.

To succeed as Clinical Leader, you will need:
7. Minimum of 5 years post registration experience.
8. Knowledge and understanding of running a smooth & effective department equipment is also essential.
9. Good communication and organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
10. Must be NMC Registered Nurse.
11. Must be clinically excellent, be able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities, which includes leading a team to a shared vision and being able to promote innovation and sustainability.

Qualifications
* Must be NMC Registered Nurse.
Experience
* Minimum of 5 years post registration experience.
