What skills and experience we're looking for
Boston Spa Academy is seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Cover Supervisor. This role is of great importance to our work as an academy in ensuring that continuity of education is provided for our students by providing short, or medium-term cover for teachers who are absent from the academy.
The ideal applicant will have:
• GCSE Grade C/4 and above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
• The ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• Experience of working with young people.
