Home Instead – Epsom & Mole Valley is looking for a Care Coordinator who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. If you are someone with great people skills and communication, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, then this is the role for you!
What does the role entail?
As a Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in organising and managing care services for our clients. You will be working closely with care workers to ensure the highest quality of care is provided.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate Care Professional daily and monthly schedules
2. Match Carers to new clients
3. Co-ordinate holiday requirements of Care Professional and organise appropriate cover
4. Communicate any Care Professional concerns over to the appropriate person
5. Inform clients of any changes to Scheduling
6. Assist with introductions of Care Professional to clients
7. Assist with emergency shift cover if required
This list is in no way exhaustive, and you are expected to carry out any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job.
Schedule:
Day shift – Monday to Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
