We are working with a fantastic client based in the St Neots area who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Caretaker to join their estates team on a temporary to permanent contract.
Typical duties would include:
* General maintenance, redecorating and cleaning
* Litter picking and keeping site appearance to standard
* Opening and locking up – Key holding
* Fire Safety and Health and Safety Compliance
* Fixing and notifying management of any damages or repairs required
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday – 37 hours a week
The successful candidate:
* Previous caretaking experience would be preferred.
* Well organised with a high level of attention to detail.
* Some manual handling would be required (training can be provided!)
* Proficient in English to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
The post is subject to an enhanced DBS check and two appropriate references.
