Main Tasks & responsibilities
1. Helping guests and creating positive experiences
2. Be a natural host during breakfast times
3. Preparation, set-up of breakfast, service, clean up and restocking of the appropriate prep areas of food
4. Restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas
5. Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
6. Full ownership of FIFO system (first in first out) of food & beverage items
7. Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
8. Food handling according to HACCP regulations (product rotation, temperature maintenance and record keeping, storage procedures etc.)
