Job summary We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Lead Clinical Pharmacist to steer our respiratory pharmacy service. This role focuses on the leadership of our dedicated ward pharmacy service for respiratory wards, incorporating quality improvement methodologies to demonstrate patient benefits and broader impacts on the multi-disciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide high-quality care to respiratory patients, adhering to national, regional, and local guidelines. Lead the inpatient delivery of ward pharmacy services on respiratory wards. Identify and develop service improvement models to enhance medicine optimisation for respiratory patients. Provide leadership around medicines governance.
