Job description Were looking for someone who has a track-record of leading successful user-centred, product delivery teams in an Agile environment. Youll be guided by the fundamental principles of putting user needs first, focusing on delivery and outcomes over process, and being open and collaborative. Youll be core to making decisions that build a high performing team, adept at breaking down barriers for your team, and both planning at a higher level and getting into the details to make things happen when needed. Youll be part of a high-performing cross-functional team, while also working with internal stakeholders and across government to understand needs and to deliver new capability. Above all, youll want to make government better, which may sometimes involve challenging the status quo.
