Working Hours: 30 Hours a Week, Over 3 Days
About the Role:
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting the development and learning of children in a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment. You will be involved in planning, observing, and assessing children's progress, while ensuring that every child's individual needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and early education for children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote child development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Conduct regular observations and assessments to track children's progress and inform planning.
Demonstrate strong safeguarding practices to protect and promote the well-being of children.
Build strong relationships with children, colleagues, and parents to ensure a positive, supportive environment.
Ensure that all safety and health procedures are followed in the setting.Essential Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Strong knowledge and experience in child development and observation techniques.
Passion for working with children and a commitment to their growth and well-being.
Comprehensive understanding of safeguarding practices and child protection policies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
