Interim HR Business Partner, North West, c£70,000, plus car allowance and excellent benefits, 12 month fixed term contract.
Our client is a highly successful, International, business with a great success story, wonderful values and real ambitions for continued long term growth. As a result of a recent change they are now looking for a Interim HR Business Partner to join their team for a period of 12 months.
Reporting into the People Director and forming part of a fabulous People team you will support a number of specific business areas, ensuring they have robust processes and systems in order to build a strong leadership and talent capability in each function whilst supporting on all HR and development initiatives around talent management, succession planning, performance management and engagement.
You will partner senior stakeholders, taking the lead on a variety of HR projects including, OD, restructuring and transformation, whilst driving cultural change and developing management capability. This is a generalist role which will involve working both operationally and strategically to anticipate future trends whilst liaising with the wider HR community to implement programmes that enable the business to continue to prosper.
An experienced business partner with a positive and energetic approach you have a successful track record of building highly effective, collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels and will ideally have gained your experience within a fast paced, commercial, customer driven environment. This is a multi-site role and therefore will involve an aspect of travel.
