This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a healthcare background to support a group of homes across the North of England and Scotland, focusing on increasing occupancy.
The ideal candidate will be required to travel regularly and stay overnight as needed.
About the Role
The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
The role will involve:
* Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase occupancy rates
* Maintaining open communication channels with customers, addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently
* Collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will possess:
* A degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing)
* At least 2 years of experience in sales and customer relationship management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* A valid driver's license (for regular travel)
