Job Description
3. Manage and coordinate operations across various departments.
4. Ensure efficient secretarial and business support functions.
5. Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
6. Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures.
7. Coordinate with other teams to achieve organisational goals.
8. Oversee resource allocation and budget management.
9. Coordinate and manage Regional invoicing and collation of relevant data/reports.
10. Provide regular reports on operational performance.
11. Coordinate meetings/diaries for the Regional Directors and Executive Directors.
12. Arrange/coordinate Regional team social events and regional team CPD (in liaison with the HR and Training Partner).
13. Co-ordinate meeting room booking.
14. Order office supplies as necessary.
15. Manage the company's Health and Safety and First aid responsibilities.
16. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Administrator should have:

18. Somebody who is able to multitask and meet deadlines
19. Positive attitude and willingness to help others particularly with tasks that are outside of normal job responsibilities
20. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel & PowerPoint
