This very successful construction consultancy firm is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Wales. You will be working on a range of high-profile projects across the infrastructure sector including highways, rail, energy, aviation and more!

Responsibilities of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
* Manage pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties for infrastructure projects.
* Administer NEC contracts and manage commercial aspects effectively.
* Prepare procurement documents and ITT (Invitation to Tender) packages.
* Lead medium-sized projects with minimal supervision, ensuring quality and cost control.
* Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
* Engage with stakeholders and clients to build strong professional relationships.
* Utilize your knowledge of construction techniques, standard methods of measurement, and Microsoft software.
Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
* A degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or an equivalent qualification.
* Chartered status or working towards it (RICS, CIOB, or similar).
* Proven experience in the infrastructure sector with strong commercial acumen.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for sustainable, cost-effective solutions.
