I am sourcing for a Internal Recruitment Advisor to work a 12 month FTC for a large organisation based in Birmingham offering great benefits working 3 days onsite.
Internal Recruitment Advisors Responsibilities.
As an Internal Recruitment Advisor, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting the best talent to support our company's growth. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
* Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
* Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.
Internal Recruitment Advisors Experience
* Previous experience in internal recruitment within a construction or engineering business is essential
* Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent for a variety of roles.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing techniques and interview assessment methods.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
