**Retail Store Manager** Experience leading a team of chefs in a fast-paced kitchen environment, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction
**Job Responsibilities:** • Oversee all aspects of retail, coffee units, and restaurant outlets, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality customer experience • Lead the team in delivering food preparation activities according to standard recipes and brand standards • Maintain food quality and integrity, adhering to Aramark brand standards at all times • Ensure efficient stock flow and rotation, placing orders, and managing inventory • Lead the team in using best practice Food Production techniques, adhering to Aramark systems and brand standards • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly • Direct and coach team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks, ensuring all training and development needs are met • Ensure complete compliance with food safety and health and safety legislation
**Requirements:** • Experienced people manager with a team of up to 6 reports • Proven experience as a Chef • Ideally, Education and Contract Catering quality led catering establishment • Hands-on, reliable, and strong work ethic • Passion for people and food • Required: DBS check
