2. Assisting the Marketing Team by helping take photos of some of the events that we are involved in as well as posting them on our social media platforms.
3. Administrative tasks that aid the smooth running of the studio, from greeting guests and clients to ensuring the studio is stocked up on stationary and sustenance.
The role requires a highly organised and personable candidate with a friendly and can-do attitude who relishes working in a creative environment.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
1. You’ll be taking the lead on resource and office management across the studio.

6. Working with Heads of Department to highlight skills gaps and build our roster of freelance/3rd party suppliers.
7. Manage contracts and timesheets with freelancers.
8. Daily adhoc communication with the creative department to ensure efficient delivery of projects and to flag potential issues/blockers.
9. Weekly resource meetings to forecast Creative Studio requirements and highlight bottlenecks.
10. Involvement in Cultural activities – working with the culture team to book inspirational sessions and activities.
11. Ensuring the office is well stocked with milk, tea, coffee, loo roll, snacks, and stationary.
12. Assisting the Management Team with adhoc tasks.
