We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner with a strong background in the real estate and commercial sectors to join a top 10 professional services firm in London. This leadership role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering high-impact solutions, building lasting client relationships, and driving sustainable business growth across complex, asset-driven industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in the real estate and wider commercial sectors, offering strategic advice tailored to each client's unique needs.
* Engagement Oversight: Lead and manage multidisciplinary client engagements, ensuring timely delivery of value-added solutions and exceptional service standards.
* Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a talented team of consultants and industry specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
* Business Development: Identify growth opportunities across the real estate and commercial markets, leveraging your network and market insight to expand the firm's client base and service offerings.
* Strategic Advisory: Provide forward-thinking guidance on areas such as portfolio optimization, regulatory change, ESG strategies, digital transformation, and operational efficiency.
* Industry Insight: Keep abreast of trends, risks, and policy developments impacting real estate and other commercial sectors, ensuring clients are prepared and positioned for success.
* Process Excellence: Champion initiatives that improve internal delivery models, enhance client satisfaction, and drive overall practice efficiency.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Director or Partner in a professional services environment, with a focus on real estate or asset-heavy commercial sectors.
* Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics, investment cycles, regulatory considerations, and operational challenges.
* Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) or relevant advisory experience.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to grow and lead high-performing teams.
* A strong track record in business development, client engagement, and delivering strategic outcomes.
* Analytical and commercially minded, with a passion for innovation and solving complex problems.
