Riverside Primary School are recruiting for a class teacher to join the team.
We are looking for a committed, compassionate and inspiring teacher to join our dynamic and nurturing team.
If successful you will be required to teach assigned classes together with associated planning, preparation and assessing of children’s work; and assist in developing the school curriculum. You will provide advice and guidance to learners on issues relating to their learning. You will work in partnership with parents, support staff, other professionals and community partners developing the ethos, culture and supporting the wider needs of the school. You will have a relevant teaching qualification together with GTCs registration. You will have good demonstrable classroom practice with sound knowledge of Curriculum for Excellence and the skills to develop creative and innovative learning experiences.
The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children. If your application is progressed after the interview, you will be asked to complete the form and have your details verified.
