Main purpose of the Digital Marketing & Brand Manager
To develop, implement, administer and evolve the digital marketing strategy for the Group businesses after an evaluation of the current situation.
To work with the Group Marketing Operations Director to develop, manage plus evaluate quarterly and annual marketing plans.
Plan and administer all web, SEO, PPC, email, social media, online PR and display advertising campaigns.
Maintain and evaluate our social media presence and create content whilst liaising with the marketing team to grow followers and engagement.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns whilst assessing against goals – ROI and KPIs.
Identify trends, insights and optimise spend and performance based on these insights.
Be a primary contact with online agencies and partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies recommending perspective and adoption across the business brands.
Manage appropriate redesign and implementation of the company website.
Manage all website content, creation of new pages, linking, creating SEO friendly copy and image uploads via CMS.
Improve the usability, design, content, conversion and engagement of all websites.
Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
Ongoing marketing team support for product placement, shows and events when necessary.
Objectives and Key Tasks for the Digital Marketing & Brand Manager
Day-to-day management of all websites and related digital platforms.
Design and implement online surveys, e-shots and direct response campaigns.
Manage consumer e-mail marketing campaigns to drive engagement and click through.
Take responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all consumer focused digital marketing.
Review new technologies and ensure the business is at the forefront or developments in digital marketing.
Lead the digital strategy across the group of businesses.
Build and maintain digital advertising campaigns, support other businesses when required – Google Ads, Facebook Ads & Instagram Ads etc.
Oversee sales contact and prospect management system.
Oversee the extraction and manipulation of data from CRM systems.
Generate data for sales campaigns.
Oversee production of quarterly sales mapping reports for all businesses.
Take responsibility for all phases of interactive and digital project planning, design and execution serving as the primary expert and point of contact for interactive platforms and system interfaces.
Monitor internet copyright and data protection developments and communicate these to the Directors and senior management when appropriate.
Regular analysis of website traffic and customer journey engagement using tools such as Google Analytics to produce bi-monthly updates to the Directors and senior management advising on trends and proposed actions.
Build upon existing platforms, generating unique content for social media to engage with and grow our target audience.
Ownership and completion of all manufacturer partner dealer marketing planners.
Proactively getting involved with the sales process to understand the demand and requirements from the sales functions.
Support marketing colleagues with attendance at shows and events when necessary.
Maintaining existing and newly created online sponsorships.
Salary is £34-39k OTE. It is based on experience and suitability and will be made up of basic and small bonus- basic is likely to be around £34 – 36k.
