4. 4 Week Rota Pattern of 14 Shifts 8.45pm - 8.15 am

Key Duties:
12. Provide exceptional care for our children and young adults during the night
13. Assist with bedtime routines, including washing and changing
14. Promote healthy sleep patterns
15. Perform regular checks on children and young adults throughout the night, addressing any issues that arise
16. Ensure all medical needs are met
17. Maintain a safe, supportive, and calm environment
18. Participate in light housekeeping duties during quieter periods, such as loading the dishwasher and keeping the environment tidy
19. Administer and record prescribed medication accurately
20. Communicate effectively, build trust, and support the children and young adults to enhance their independence.

22. Experience in the Care industry (experience with children with additional needs is advantageous).
23. Ability to encourage supportive independence.
24. Exceptional communication skills and patience.
25. Resilient and positive nature.
26. Creativity in meeting the unique needs of young adults or children.
27. Ability to work on a rota pattern, including every other weekend.
