Job Description
* Identify and understand the needs of children and families through structured assessments
* Put in place practical support plans that prioritise safety, development and wellbeing
* Take swift, proportionate action to keep children safe from harm
* Build strong working relationships with families and partner agencies to deliver joined-up support
* Make sure children's views and wishes shape the help they receive
* Keep support plans up to date as situations and needs change
* Follow legal requirements and uphold high standards in safeguarding and care
Requirements:
* 2 years experience post qualification
* Action safeguarding procedures
