Be proactive in Quality Assurance and identifying deficits in patient care, liaising closely with associated Quality Improvement Nurses for Care Homes and Medicines Optimisation Team. Participate in professional/multi-professional meetings and conferences asrequired. Monitor the standards of care received by patients receiving NHS Continuing Healthcare, NHS-funded Nursing Care and Personal Health Budgets alerting other stakeholders when appropriate.
