Role Overview
You will be the face of our business, greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You'll focus on understanding our customers' needs and learning about our products to assist them effectively.
Role Responsibilities
1. Greet and thank customers warmly, ensuring a memorable experience.
2. Provide exceptional service, helping customers find suitable products for in-store and multi-channel sales.
3. Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
4. Assist with deliveries, stock replenishment, and shop floor setup.
5. Maintain shop floor and back-of-house tidiness.
6. Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
7. Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches.
8. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and GDPR regulations.
