Customer Experience Level 3 Apprenticeship – DHL Supply Chain

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN ON PROGRAMME?

Our Customer Level 3 Programme is all about developing the skills required to become a subject matter expert. From day one, you'll take on real responsibility with a supportive culture that helps you develop your skill set while building on your stakeholder management skills.

1. 21-month structured Programme with our partner Sr Apprenticeship

3. Regular performance feedback and personal growth planning through a structured learning plan.

5. The opportunity to network with the wider Graduate and Apprentice population.

Logistics is more than getting the product from A to B. At DHL Supply Chain, we combine management and value-added services with our customised, integrated logistics solutions which drive resilience, efficiency, improve quality, and create competitive advantage. Our Customer Services Team collaborates closely with the Operational Team to ensure our customers get the best experience from the point of order to final delivery.

What the programme looks like:

1. 18-month structured program
2. Organise and deliver customer service
3. Understand the customer service environment: Use technology and software to produce documentation, such as spreadsheets and presentation packages to communicate information.
4. Principles of business
5. Interpret organisational strategy and communicate how this impacts others.
6. Understand customers and customer retention
7. Managing Personal and Professional Development
8. Resolve customers' problems and improve performance

Entry requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills at all levels
2. Good IT skills – Excel (desirable)
3. Eagerness to learn
4. Applicants are required to have a GCSE Grade A* - C (9 – 4) or Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths
5. Have the ability to travel to site and hold a full UK driving license at the time of start date

What will you get in return?

COMPENSATION:

£21,000 per annum starting salary, with increases throughout the programme.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

Our application process is simple – you'll complete an online application form, then take some online psychometric tests. Provided you meet the required criteria, you'll then be invited to a virtual programme overview session where you can learn the details about the role you've applied to. If it's still something you're excited about, you'll be invited to an Experience Day (aka Assessment Centre) where we can meet you in person.

Experience Day Date: 25th March 2025 in Birmingham
