Leading provider of cutting-edge solutions in the vehicle lighting solutions sector is currently seeking an electrical biased, skilled Field Service Engineer to join our clients dedicated team. As a Field Service Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success to all customers. Your duties will be visiting customers across the UK focusing on electro-mechanical fault finding, troubleshoot and fix product issues at customer locations across the UK. This includes roadside repairs. Your ability to effectively communicate and resolve issues will be key in maintaining excellent customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and be happy to travel across the UK including Scotland. Key Responsibilities: Conduct on-the-road service visits to client sites for installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical lighting equipment typically on commercial vehicle trailers. Perform electro-mechanical fault finding, identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of service calls, issues, and resolutions. Develop strong relationships with customers by offering exceptional service and support. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to provide the best solutions to the clients. Requirements: Experience in electrical fault finding and repair. Proven experience in on-the-road service and client interaction. Strong electro-mechanical fault-finding skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid full UK driver's license and willingness to travel across the UK and Scotland.
