3. FinTech payments: Overcoming a key challenge for Entrepreneurs by offering digital banking services to new businesses.
Sleek launched in 2017 and now has around 15,000 customers across our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK. We have around 450 staff with an intact startup mindset.

About the role
We are looking for a Corporate Secretary Executive that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months.
Mission: Delivering exceptional support, ensuring compliance excellence, and streamlining processes to empower customers with a seamless, efficient, and stress-free incorporation and business setup journey.
Outcomes:
* Resolve customer inquiries related to company incorporation and ID verification promptly via inbound calls and emails, maintaining service response times within company targets.
* Conduct transaction monitoring to identify and escalate suspicious activity in line with compliance protocols.
* Assist customers in successfully completing ID checks and gather missing information for applications through proactive communication (calls and emails).
* Complete VAT/PAYE registrations with HMRC, file incorporation applications, and handle amendments with Companies House accurately and efficiently.
* Assist the team with electronic fillings, dormant accounts, confirmation statements, and nil returns.
* Streamline processes to enhance the customer experience and stay updated on industry best practices to support operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum of 2-3 years experience within company secretary support and preferably knowledge of UK limited company’s structure.
* Ability to provide excellent customer support, resolving inquiries efficiently via calls and emails while maintaining high service standards.
* Familiarity with compliance practices, including monitoring transactions and escalating potential issues as needed.
* Strong organisational skills with experience managing filings, dormant accounts, confirmation statements, and nil returns with accuracy.
About the interview process
The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages. We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish.
1. Introductory call and Career deep dive - 30 mins
2. Competency round with hiring manager - 45 mins
3. Behavioural fit assessment and Q&A Session with UK Country Head - 60 mins
4. Reference interviews - We’ll have 2-3 short phone or video calls with references that you provide to us.
