Recruitment Consultant (Healthcare)
£24,150 DOE + Commission and On-call Bonus

We are currently recruiting for a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join a dependable and passionate care provider in the Kent area with exciting plans for growth. The role will largely revolve around building and maintaining a temporary and permanent staffing desk and actively participating in new business development. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to grow an already established desk alongside a brilliant team.
Role:
* Taking an active role in the candidate attraction process including, receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and selecting care workers.
* Prospecting potential clients by using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract new business.
* Achieving and exceeding KPI's, targets & objectives on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
* Collaborating effectively with the branch manager and in-house trainer.
* Delivering the highest quality of client and candidate service.
* Ensuring compliance is maintained to the highest standard.
* Manage shifts and on-call phone shared on a rota basis.
Requirements:
* You must currently be working as a Recruitment Consultant, with experience of running a busy temporary healthcare desk.
* You will have strong knowledge of the local healthcare market alongside a hunger and desire to develop new business.
* You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and sales skills as well as being able to work autonomously within a team environment.
* You will ideally hold a full UK Driving License with access to your own vehicle during working hours.
