What’s the role? Working within the Contracting team and reporting to a Procurement Manager, with the support from the relevant Category team, you will be responsible for the management of the end-to-end procurement cycle for various agreements across the Product, People & Place portfolios. You will be responsible for the delivery of the whole procurement cycle from business planning, pre-market engagement, end-to-end tendering, contract management, stakeholder engagement and managing the overall performance of the agreements within your portfolio. You will also provide a full and professional procurement service to all members, covering the acquisition of any goods, works or services under Frameworks and Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS). We are looking for someone who is aware of the various routes to market and the regulations which govern their use. Ideally you have experience in developing tender documents and are confident in managing the end-to-end tender and award process. Please note that this role is hybrid and requires the successful candidate to work from our head office in Salford a minimum of two days per week, In return for your dedication, we offer a wide range of benefits including: Salary of up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
