BAYADA Direct Support Professionals (DSP) work one-on-one in home and community settings as companions and mentors for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities to help them reach their full potential.
We have job openings in the following locations:
* Salisbury, Rockwell, China Grove
o Days - afternoons, evenings
o Weekends preferred, flexible

Job Responsibilities for DSPs:
* Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
* Accompany clients on errands and appointments
* Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
* Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
* Participate in community integration activities
Qualifications for DSPs:
* One year experience working with I/DD individuals
* High school diploma or equivalent is required
