We are seeking a compassionate and skilled SEMH Mentor to support our students’ emotional and behavioural development, helping them to achieve their full potential. Day-to-day of the role: Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEMH needs. Develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies. Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Monitor and document student progress and behaviour. Engage with parents and caregivers to support student development. Participate in professional development and training sessions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience working with children with SEMH needs. Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Relevant qualifications or training in education or SEMH support (preferred).
