Construction Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the planning and scheduling of projects, including resource allocation and timeline management.
2. Prepare, review, and maintain RAMS for all projects.
3. Coordinate communication between project managers, clients, suppliers, and on-site teams.
4. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and update stakeholders regularly.
5. Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
6. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
7. Assist in budgeting and financial tracking of projects.
8. Address any project issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
Position Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in project coordination or document control, preferably in civil engineering or construction.
2. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards in the construction industry.
