About the Role Our client is looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Midday Assistant to join their dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of pupils during lunchtime, fostering a positive and enjoyable dining and playtime experience. Key Responsibilities: Supervise children during lunch breaks, both in the dining hall and playground. Encourage positive play and social interactions among pupils. Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times. Assist with setting up and tidying the lunch area. Promote good table manners and healthy eating habits. Manage minor first aid incidents and report any concerns to senior staff. What Our Client is Looking For: A friendly, approachable, and patient manner. Good communication and teamwork skills. A responsible and caring attitude towards children. Previous experience working with children (preferred but not essential). Ability to promote positive behaviour and handle minor conflicts effectively.
