A Group Project Engineering Manager – multi-site Role

Location: Northwest in the commute of Manchester. Flexible on location, ideally located Northwest or Midlands with travel to multiple sites.
We are seeking an expert Project CAPEX Manager to lead multi-site projects and deliver world-class engineering CAPEX and Asset improvement projects for a renowned category leader in FMCG Manufacturing.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing the planning and implementation of capital and revenue projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to budget. Key responsibilities include supplier selection, financial control, customer acceptance, and equipment procurement.
* Manage project planning and implementation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
* Cover suppliers' selection, financial control, and customer acceptance
* Owning factory equipment and structures, including packaging, processing, and utilities
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Graduate calibre within an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical)
* Previous experience within an engineering Project Management role
* Experience with CAPEX investments
* Ability to travel as required to sister factories across the UK

Salary: Up to £70k plus £6,600 car allowance and 20% bonus, potentially reaching up to £90k+ package.
