This is a 100% home-based role, where you will be provided with all the tools needed to make a real success of this role (including a top of the range Apple MacBook with additional screens etc), and benefiting from an extremely friendly and supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
1. Handle Credit Hire claims efficiently and effectively.
2. Work within an insurance company environment or delegated authority at a loss adjusting firm or Third-Party Administrator (TPA).
3. Maintain excellent communication and rapport with clients and stakeholders.
4. Demonstrate problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to client outcomes.
5. Manage tasks and work independently in a home-based environment.
Minimum Requirements
1. Previous experience within Credit Hire claims.
2. Ability to work under minimal supervision with a motivated and organized mindset.
3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations empathetically.
You will receive a generous basic salary up to £35K per annum, together with a range of company benefits, including support towards professional qualifications.
