We are looking for permanent and freelance mid-level UI-UX Designers working out of our Manchester office to support a team of designers, providing training and mentorship while supporting the experience team across a multitude of deliveries. Job Responsibilities: Work with multidisciplinary teams to create exceptional digital products. Effectively manage time within a project to facilitate the delivery of a digital product on budget and on time. Able to look at current interfaces and websites, suggesting improvement to both UX and UI. Create visual experiences for customer-facing web, mobile and tablet-based applications. Transform wireframes into original, creative mock-ups. Inspire users with attractive, compelling designs while maintaining visual consistency and brand identity. Communicate with product team members to understand and interpret project requirement. Collaborate with the marketing team to design e-mails, promotions, online ads, and marketing collateral when required. Create base design systems for our projects which include the modules, components and style sheets. Job Requirements: Passion for outstanding, elegant design. In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma. Knowledge of other creative programmes, such as Miro, Zeplin and Maze are also preferred. Use prototyping tools like Sketch and Figma, to not only to communicate ideas and concepts, but to test with real customers to encourage collaboration and iterative processes. Actively participate in concept development and design ideation. Experience in brand design or working with brand designers A major plus to your application will be able to show us that although you may understand customer experience from a physical experience also. Able to support UX thinking within retail and brand spaces to come up with ideas and solutions and be able to support the design and development of these experiences.
