As part of our dedication to excellence, we’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This would be ideal for someone who is immediately available or on a 1 week notice.
The Role:
As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our homeowners, ensuring their queries and concerns are handled professionally and efficiently. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service throughout the homeownership journey.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage incoming customer queries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate responses.
2. Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to resolve customer issues effectively.
3. Schedule and oversee any required remedial works, ensuring minimal disruption to customers.
4. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
5. Regularly update customers on the progress of their queries or issues.
6. Support the Customer Care Manager with administrative tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Previous experience in a customer care or coordination role, ideally within the property or construction sector.
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
5. A problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
6. Availability to start immediately and commit to the 6-month contract.
