Base pay range
Up to £65,000 plus bonus, car allowance, and LTIP
As a Commercial Account Executive, your expertise lies in building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering exceptional insurance solutions. However, when you’re weighed down by admin and back-office tasks, it takes away from what you do best.

* Established Portfolio – You’ll inherit a book of SME and mid-market clients, generating around £200k in revenue, with a clear focus on retention and growth.
* Proactive New Business Support – In addition to introducers and marketing-led campaigns, you’ll have access to a specialist lead generation team who act as your inside sales force—securing appointments and filling your diary with pre-qualified opportunities.
