We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Maths Teacher to teach across Key Stages 3, 4, and possibly 5. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging and challenging lessons that inspire students to develop a love for mathematics and reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and Learning:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver effective Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum and exam board specifications.
* Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring all students can engage and progress.
* Set and mark homework, assignments, and assessments, providing feedback to support student growth.

Classroom Management:
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and respects diversity.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies in line with the school’s policies.

Student Progress:
* Monitor and track student progress, identifying and addressing any areas where support may be needed.
* Prepare students for internal and external assessments, ensuring they are well-prepared for GCSE or A-Level Maths exams.

Professional Development and Collaboration:
* Engage in professional development and stay current with best practices in Maths education.
* Collaborate with colleagues to plan and share resources, creating a unified approach across the Maths Department.

* Participate in departmental and whole-school meetings, parent evenings, and school events.
* Contribute to extracurricular activities, such as Maths clubs or revision sessions, to support students’ learning beyond the classroom
