You and Your Job
As a Risk and Control Lead, you will be successful with developing relationships with first line of responsibility business unit managers to drive effective Risk and Control Activities.
The Risk and Control Lead will work with the senior leaders to promote a strong self-assessment culture and risk ownership by the line of business managers and team members alike.
Job Responsibilities
* Maintain awareness of business activity in their domain, especially activity that could change the risk profile of the group.
* Support the dynamic risk assessment process by preparing annual risk and control self-assessments within the domain.
* Deliver strategic and collaborative functional stakeholder support to allocated business units to include coaching, training and expertise on risk and control activity.
* Drive improvements in control awareness and management capability through ongoing oversight and reviews.
* Perform Archer administration of finding/action plan inputs and updates, registrations of incidents, and updating of risk and controls.
Your Promise to Us:
To be considered for the Risk and Control Lead role, you must have:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Minimum of 7 years related experience.
* Experience with a Risk Control/Management Framework (RCF/RMF) and an Enterprise Governance Risk and Compliance (EGRC) platform, ideally RSA Archer.
* Understanding of the regulatory environment and issues which may affect the control monitoring and testing program.
* Ability to exercise sound judgement and recommend appropriate action plans.
* Negotiation & strong influencing skills.
* Strong analytical ability in order to be able to present complex issues in a brief, simple and straightforward manner.
* Relationship management skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Planning & Organizing skills.
* The ability to absorb knowledge quickly either orally or through written communication.
* Flexibility and adaptability to varying scope and workload.

Salary Expectations:
Target Hiring Range: $89,700.00 - $127,500.00
