Supply Chain Data Administrator - HYBRID
JOB LOCATION: Hanger Lane, Wembley
DURATION: PERM Role
SALARY: £30K - £35K + Benefits
Job Goals/Mission:
To ensure that all material dealt with by the Client is accurate and to identify any areas that may cause issues. To implement necessary procedures and training to meet these standards. Additionally, to communicate all current stock situations to internal and external customers and support any projects or new initiatives to enhance stock reporting requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that all inventory figures are accurate and monitored, investigating any discrepancies and communicating actions taken.
2. Manage the receipt of all materials in SAP for stock and non-stock items, reporting stationery stock outs to relevant stakeholders.
3. Monitor slow or non-moving stock items, informing stakeholders and taking appropriate action.
4. Provide logistics support for TCD and daily courier support for ePayments.
5. Assist the Supply Chain Manager with projects, SAP, purchasing, and new vendors/customers as required.
6. Support product managers with new and existing products from start to finish, updating relevant databases and communicating with stakeholders.
7. Manage and monitor material items within SAP Nationwide, GDF, and onboarding customers.
8. Plan and undertake daily cycle count sheets for cards and stationery using SAP functionality.
9. Manage stock destruction programs, documenting and organizing the clearing of material and following company procedures for removal and destruction.
10. Communicate any version changes from customers, stock outages, and expected deliveries of materials to all production areas with GDGB.
11. Ensure compliance with Environmental and Health & Safety regulations.
Qualifications:
* SAP experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
G+D Key Custodian - Responsibilities:
1. Understand and accept the key custodian responsibility statement.
2. Successfully complete the key custodian training program.
3. Access assigned key custodian safe(s) and complete associated logs.
4. Effectively use tamper-proof envelopes.
5. Participate in key ceremonies (test, live, and audit).
6. Receive, create, distribute, and destroy encryption key components (both electronic and physical).
7. Maintain effective communication with internal and external customer key custodians.
